About Casselberry Handyman
We are a general residential handyman business serving Casselberry, Fern Park and the surrounding pockets of Seminole County. We fix the everyday things that go wrong in a house — drywall, doors, windows, decks, fences, cabinets, trim, gutters and the odd punch-list of small jobs that has been piling up.
Casselberry’s housing stock skews older than most of Seminole County (median year built 1977, per the county property appraiser), which shapes what we actually get called for: repair and retrofit on original material, not remodel-scale work.
We do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC/air-conditioning, or roofing work. Florida licenses each of those separately, and unlike the general handyman exemption they carry no minor-job dollar threshold — see the licensing guide.
